Nickol Gallivan of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas office specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant medical office assets throughout Texas. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nickol spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. Her extensive healthcare experience provides her with a strong understanding of the industry and the unique operational, financial, and market considerations affecting medical office owners, operators, and investors.

Nickol earned her undergraduate degree from LeTourneau University and her MBA from Texas A&M International University, with a focus in Healthcare Administration.
