Caleb Ninemire specializes in the acquisition and disposition of both single and multi-tenant medical and healthcare office assets across the Texas market. Upon leaving Texas Tech, Caleb spent some time in El Paso learning the industry through a marketing internship. Following this, he moved back to DFW to begin a career in commercial real estate.

Caleb began by working with private investors, sourcing and closing deals on value-add opportunities in the single family, and single-tenant office markets. He then took on a role as a landlord representation agent for a Texas based REIT focusing on office assets. At the time of his departure with this firm, he was responsible for the leasing of a multi-tenant medical and office portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet.

These previous roles have provided Caleb with exposure and experience into the many facets of owning and investing in commercial real estate, specifically office and medical office assets. Through these experiences and his long-term advisory approach, Caleb’s goal is to develop lasting relationships with his clients to ensure that they are always aware of what’s going on in the ever-changing market.

I have never been a seller in my real estate career but decided to take the meeting with Grant after discussing his team, their resources and reach that their national platform provides. I was skeptical at first with COVID impacting the office market. Grant proved himself a true market expert and delivered multiple offers exactly where his price expectations were during our first meeting.
